I placed my order on November 28th, and it’s still showing as 'processing.' I've been asked to submit my ID twice, which I completed quickly. Getting in touch with a real person is nearly impossible due to the AI bot. I recommend ordering elsewhere; it’s not worth the hassle. Very disappointing!
