The ordering process was simple, and the app provided excellent order tracking. I was kept updated throughout. The approval was prompt. Delivery took a bit longer than anticipated. The pen was packaged very well. A couple of downsides were the inclusion of only 4 needles and the absence of sterile wipes in my package. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would consider reordering if the price is appealing!
