I would never recommend this service to anyone! There are several reasons. First, I signed up for a contract (25GB) with a promised lifetime discount of €2 (€7 instead of €9), which I never received. My first bill was €18 for two mobile phones. After many attempts (since the support team doesn't assist customers by phone), I finally got through after 30 minutes. I managed to get it sorted for the next billing period, but the €4 that was wrongly charged won't be refunded. This feels like theft due to unfulfilled promises. Secondly, the roaming service is extremely poor. In the Netherlands, I had no internet access. With only online customer service, I was completely stranded, unable to open the parking gate, and had to waste time searching for solutions, as the service was unreachable again. This is unacceptable when they fail to provide internet service. Lastly, the online chat is a complete disaster. I refer to ticket number #1280379. Waiting over an hour is unreasonable. In summary, this service is built on broken promises, theft, poor roaming services, and a dysfunctional support system. It’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with a telecom provider. I will actively discourage others from using it. Being new in the market is one thing, but this is sheer amateurism. The refusal to refund even a small overpayment of €4 is outright fraudulent. Shame on you!
