I would definitely not recommend this service! There are numerous issues. I signed a contract for 25GB with a promised lifetime discount of €2, which I never received. My first bill was €18 for two phones. After many attempts to contact them (since the support team does not provide phone assistance), I finally reached someone after 30 minutes. I managed to fix the issue for the next billing cycle, but the €4 overcharge will not be refunded. This feels like theft due to unfulfilled promises. Additionally, the roaming service is extremely poor; I had no internet in the Netherlands. Online customer service left me stranded, unable to open the parking gate. This is unacceptable when they fail to provide the promised service. The online chat is a complete failure; waiting over an hour is unreasonable. In short, this service relies on broken promises, theft, ineffective roaming, and dysfunctional support. This is the worst experience I've had with a telecom provider. I will actively discourage others from using it. Being new allows for mistakes, but this is sheer amateurism. Refusing to refund even €4 is fraudulent. Shame on you!

My first bill was €18 for two mobile phones. After many attempts (since the support team doesn't assist customers by phone), I finally got through after 30 minutes. I managed to get it sorted for the next billing period, but the €4 that was wrongly charged won't be refunded. This feels like theft due to unfulfilled promises. Secondly, the roaming service is extremely poor. In the Netherlands, I had no internet access. With only online customer service, I was completely stranded, unable to open the parking gate, and had to waste time searching for solutions, as the service was unreachable again. This is unacceptable when they fail to provide internet service. Lastly, the online chat is a complete disaster. I refer to ticket number #1280379. Waiting over an hour is unreasonable. In summary, this service is built on broken promises, theft, poor roaming services, and a dysfunctional support system. It’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with a telecom provider. I will actively discourage others from using it. Being new in the market is one thing, but this is sheer amateurism. The refusal to refund even a small overpayment of €4 is outright fraudulent. Shame on you!
The roaming service is a mess; it stops far before the limit, like under 1GB when they promise 35GB. The helpdesk is also unhelpful. If you contact them and then return to a non-roaming area, they don’t follow up. The helpdesk thinks just talking to customers is enough, but it’s not!
I will update if I ever get the internet installed. I've had three appointments with different technicians, and none have successfully installed the internet yet. The first technician seemed disinterested and provided false excuses for canceling the appointment. Every time they cancel, they completely reset my internet request, making me fill everything out repeatedly. The website is really poor; it almost never works. I can’t even submit a form, and the fields are limited when they shouldn’t be. If I call to order by phone, they say that the promo is only available online.
A shout out for the unique experience in Ireland! Forget 5G and 4G; I'm barely managing on HSPA+. My roaming speed is so slow that I feel like I could start an archaeological dig with my download times. Current location: Ireland. Current data speed: Enough to send smoke signals. Seriously, is the roaming partner network powered by a hamster? I’m just trying to send a photo, not translate ancient texts!
