I would definitely not recommend this service! There are numerous issues. I signed a contract for 25GB with a promised lifetime discount of €2, which I never received. My first bill was €18 for two phones. After many attempts to contact them (since the support team does not provide phone assistance), I finally reached someone after 30 minutes. I managed to fix the issue for the next billing cycle, but the €4 overcharge will not be refunded. This feels like theft due to unfulfilled promises. Additionally, the roaming service is extremely poor; I had no internet in the Netherlands. Online customer service left me stranded, unable to open the parking gate. This is unacceptable when they fail to provide the promised service. The online chat is a complete failure; waiting over an hour is unreasonable. In short, this service relies on broken promises, theft, ineffective roaming, and dysfunctional support. This is the worst experience I've had with a telecom provider. I will actively discourage others from using it. Being new allows for mistakes, but this is sheer amateurism. Refusing to refund even €4 is fraudulent. Shame on you!
