I would like to share my experience with support team regarding an unresolved issue.
One of my clients, Miss Jharna Chakma, has been facing serious difficulties due to a third-party payment received in her account through HFM. As a result, her account has been frozen and a formal complaint has been lodged.
We have contacted HFM support multiple times via email seeking clarification and assistance, but it has now been more than 90 days without any response or resolution.
We respectfully request the HFM support team to look into this matter urgently and provide proper guidance and assistance to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
This situation has caused significant stress and delay, and we hope the matter will be addressed promptly.
