I am sharing my disappointing experience with the company concerning my account. They have seized $789.27 of my earned profits based on vague claims of "Prohibited Trading" and "Bonus Abuse". Account Details: I became a client on 17 December 2025. Financial Overview: I deposited a total of $589.99. While I was allowed to withdraw $866.00, they confiscated my remaining net profit of $789.27. The Allegations: In a letter dated 05 January 2026, the company stated I violated their terms regarding "Prohibited Trading" and "Bonus Abuse". Reason for Complaint:
Lack of Evidence: Despite my requests, they have not provided any transaction ID, specific timestamps, or technical logs indicating which trades were allegedly "prohibited". Vague Contractual Terms: The company uses broad terms without clarifying how my trading behavior, which was based on legitimate market movements, constituted a violation. Unilateral Actions: They act as both accuser and judge, claiming their decision is "final and binding" unless I provide "substantive evidence". However, it is impossible for a client to "prove innocence" when the broker withholds the data used for the accusation. Unjust Enrichment: I believe the company is using these clauses to avoid paying out legitimate profits from successful trading. Conclusion:
I have tried to resolve this through their Complaints Handling Department, but they closed the matter without transparency. I caution other traders to be wary. If you earn a profit that the company considers "too high", they may invoke these clauses to cancel your earnings without objective proof. Desired Resolution:

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the service managed my withdrawals. All my deposits came exclusively from my own bank account, yet the service processed withdrawals to third-party accounts. This has led to a cyber complaint against me for a withdrawal of ₹53,534/-, despite my never having authorized any third-party transaction. Since this withdrawal was approved and executed through the service’s system, they should bear full responsibility for the consequences. Due to their internal processes, I am now facing legal and compliance issues even though I followed all the correct procedures. This is a critical issue affecting customer safety and compliance. The service is incredibly frustrating; every time I try to make a deposit, it takes an excessive amount of time. Other platforms can process them instantly. This broker requires verification for every deposit, which always leads to delays of 1-2 days. I find myself constantly having to follow up. I cannot recommend this broker at all.
