I had placed a withdrawal on the 5th of March 2026, upon waiting a few days and no sign of the funds from that withdrawal appearing in my bank account I decided to email them. They told me that I had to wait 2-10 business days which I felt that it was reasonable. Fast forward to 10 business days later and no sign of funds still, I decided to email their support line. However, it’s been 2 days since I emailed them and no replies from them still. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service as well as their withdrawal process duration. Hope you guys are able to step up your service and provide necessary assistance cheers.
