I ordered 4 records to my girlfriend’s mother’s house in Germany since the delivery fees were lower (I live in France). When we arrived in Germany and I opened the package, they had sent the invoice, stickers and free poster but no records! After a back and forth with customer service, they gave me store credit of the same value to reorder the records. But due to the time that had passed, some weren’t available so I ordered different records. They didn’t even offer to pay the shipping so I ended up paying more than I initially would for something that wasn’t my fault. When the second package arrived, one record had factory faults and was skipping in numerous places. I took a video and sent it, they said they would transfer me the money to reimburse me for the faulty records. It has been two weeks since they said the transfer has been made and I have seen no money. No reply to my emails either. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Obviously would not order from this company ever again.
