Good products, but after paying, I was directed to another payment for 12 euros to ensure proper shipment, which frustrated me and may prevent me from buying again. It's a disappointing way to conclude a previously positive purchase.

The items arrived quickly but were too large for a standard apartment. Returning them was a nightmare; I had to search online for return information and sent multiple emails only to receive vague responses. I had to cover return costs. Weeks later, I'm still waiting for part of my refund. It's unfortunate because the items are beautiful, but there is significant room for improvement in both business and customer experience.
I returned a product I didn't like around November 22, 2025. Now it's December 22, 2025, and I still haven't received my refund, only a series of emails with weak excuses for the delay. The company takes days to respond to each email, forcing me to submit documents to my payment provider for my refund.
