They say it is not until you need help that you can judge a company.I had to get in touch with HIB concerning a product issue which they dealt with diligently and expeditiously.The person that helped me (Sarah Griffin) was absolutely spot-on.I had presumed it would be an utter pain in the butt and a prolonged affair to try and get something sorted but I could not have been more wrong.Thank you Sarah.
