I am really disappointed with the service. I ordered a pair of shoes on December 3rd, and they were supposed to arrive by the 8th, but they never showed up. My package is stuck in transit with no updates, and it seems like I won't receive my shoes or a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this incompetent company; it's better to shop in-store.
