I am really frustrated with this service. I placed an order for cowboy diamond turfs on December 3rd, and I still haven't received them. They were supposed to arrive by the 8th, but they are stuck in transit with no updates. My package status keeps getting pushed back, and it looks like I won't get my shoes or a refund. I cannot recommend ordering from this unreliable company—better to shop in-person.

I ordered shoes to be delivered to my home from the store. After a long wait, I went to check on my order and found out it couldn’t be fulfilled. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
This company has terrible inventory tracking linked to their online platform. I've made multiple purchases only to have my orders canceled due to 'lack of inventory' while items remain available for sale. It's baffling and frustrating. I think I've reached my limit with this service.
I ordered a jersey for my son's birthday because they advertised free two-day shipping. I received an email saying it would arrive today, but when I contacted them, they informed me it's still processing. They claim two-day shipping isn't guaranteed, which contradicts their advertising. I asked for compensation, but they said none is available. This is complete false advertising!
I ordered a shirt online, but it arrived with the security tag still attached. I was told I needed to drive hours to a nearby store to have it removed. Only after I mentioned leaving a review did the representative offer to let me return it for tag removal. What an inconvenience!
