I purchased a HiBoy K4 electric scooter for my son. Within 2 weeks he crashed it. He is ok though. I took it to an e-bike shop and left it for a week to get it fixed and no communication from them whatsoever.
I reached out to customer service at Hiboy for help. Within 24 hours, Cindy at Hiboy, responded back to me. She is a very caring person. Cindy said that she is glad my son is doing OK. Safety first.
I appreciate her so very much for that. She is also sending me the parts and attached videos so we can fix the electric scooter ourselves.
