Otherwise very happy with all of my purchases from Hilboy.

I purchased the hiboy S2 lite for my 8 year old. Not being familiar with the product, the S2 lite was smaller and slower than expected. I reached out to customer service and Vinnie was quick to respond. Vinnie arranged an exchange for an upgrade and provided a return label. Customer service was very responsive, answered all my questions, and made the process simple. Once I shipped the original scooter back to Hiboy, they quickly arranged shipping on the new scooter. The quality of the service and scooters is top notch. Thanks Vinnie and Hiboy for making my daughter's Christmas even better!!!
I had a problem with the KS4 PRO model. Unfortunately, it stopped running one day. I rely very much on my scooter for short commutes, so although I was leery at first, I chose to buy the least expensive Hi-Boy model as a replacement while I went through the process of fixing the broken model. I decided to stick with Hi-Boy not only for their great value but mostly because of the great customer service that I received. I was offered by manufacturers warranty a shipping label to return the scooter in whole to be fixed or the option to have the parts shipped by priority to me with full instructions on how to do it myself. I was nervous at first but it was really quite basic, and I am sure it saved me quite a bit of time to choose this option. So I was able to complete the task and get my original scooter back up and running. So now, in total, I have purchased three Hi-Boy scooters, two have been wonderfully reliable and the one that I did have problems with, due to great customer service, was able to be repaired at home without too much stress. I appreciate the very kind interaction I had with the customer service person, it was easy to get a hold of them and they followed up all the way through the process. I am thankful for that.
I bought an electric bike from Hiboy through AliExpress the bike will not work . I tried to get warranty service from Hiboy they said they would not warranty it , they said I bought it from a third party . They said I should return it and buy one direct from them for warranty. I bought another one from them direct for more money and tried to send the other one back . The first one came from New Jersey they want me to pay return shipping to California which is almost $400.00 , I can’t pay that they should send me a prepaid return label for a bike that will not work . Guess what the new bike I ordered is coming from the same place New Jersey . I checked the payment it went to Hiboy in California same place I bought the second one from . I got taken , should have never bought the second o but my granddaughter wanted it so bad . We do stupid things for the ones we love ! Now I have another bike coming from the same company that wouldn’t warranty the first one and a broke I can’t get my money back on . Ali Express has been no help either !

Where do I begin? I've had my electric scooter for about a year and a half, and I absolutely love it. However, I've faced four different issues with the rear tire's inner tube needing replacement. Fortunately, I'm quite handy and can handle my own repairs, but I've had to reach out to customer support for assistance. Thankfully, the representative I worked with was incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns. Despite having multiple flat tires over the past year and a half, their customer service has been outstanding, especially with the warranty I have. Although I've received great support, the flat tire issues continued. Recently, after expressing my frustration, I suggested there might be a problem with their inner tube supplier or the rear motor assembly. They took my feedback seriously, conducted thorough research, and opted to send me a complete rear wheel assembly at no cost! This shows that the engineering team really listened to me. Instead of just sending another inner tube, they provided a complete rear wheel assembly. Now, I'm back on the road and enjoying my rides again. Thank you for finally addressing my concerns!
