I ordered 4 lbs of King Crab legs for a special occasion, but they arrived a week late. The cooler was open, and the legs were submerged in warm water. The smell was unbearable. I have no idea how long they were left unrefrigerated. I discarded them and now I'm disputing the charges as the company is unresponsive.
