Quality of summer sausages has declined significantly

It seems that there has been a change in the beef and turkey summer sausages. We ordered three and had to discard all of them due to their terrible taste! We also sent six orders to friends and family for the holidays, and now we feel embarrassed because they were so poor. We will not be ordering from this company again.

Spoiled Crab Legs and Poor Service

This review pertains to a service that sells perishable items. The King Crab Legs I ordered were delivered spoiled and at room temperature. I suspect this is a scam since I took photos and requested a refund, but received no response. I couldn't find a contact number, and my emails went unanswered. I even tried their chat feature, but there was no one available. My credit card was charged by an unrelated company, and I have no other recourse. I had ordered based on a full-page ad, thinking it was legitimate, but the entire experience has been disappointing.

Late Delivery of Crab Legs

I ordered 4 lbs of King Crab legs for a special occasion, but they arrived a week late. The cooler was open, and the legs were submerged in warm water. The smell was unbearable. Trial Size Disappointment
