Truly the most stressful experience. I ordered my daughters prom dress from this company. The dress was absolutely terrible. Sizing, colour and finish was not up to scratch. When requesting to return the item I was told to sell it in my village, then offered a credit. Eventually after many back and forths I was given the return address. The process to send the item back has been absolutely ridiculous. I was not offered a full refund, I paid a ridiculous amount to return the item, to then be told it was held in customs because I needed to pay more. All in all I feel completely robbed and will never order from this company again. DO NOT order from this company.
