Do not buy from Hidais. My dress didnt look exactly like the picture and beading has been falling off since the dress came. I have reached out to them that they didn't follow the exact shape of the dress and they are not responding..

Love it! Super comfortable and super cute! It's thin but not see-through, which makes it perfect for hot summer days and evenings. I'm 5'3" and weigh about 124 lbs. I chose the size US2 and it fits perfectly. It's loose and flowy. It arrived very quickly. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Truly the most stressful experience. I ordered my daughters prom dress from this company. The dress was absolutely terrible. Sizing, colour and finish was not up to scratch. When requesting to return the item I was told to sell it in my village, then offered a credit. Eventually after many back and forths I was given the return address. The process to send the item back has been absolutely ridiculous. I was not offered a full refund, I paid a ridiculous amount to return the item, to then be told it was held in customs because I needed to pay more. All in all I feel completely robbed and will never order from this company again. DO NOT order from this company.
This dress is nothing as advertised. The picture on the website was green and shimmery and elegant looking. I ordered exactly the same as the picture and it came green, poorly tailored and extremely tacky. Around the armpits were pieces of fabric that weren’t sewn on and very much obvious. I also had my dress customised and which was nothing like what I had asked for. The bust was extremely big and the hands were too small that I couldn’t even fit half my hand into it. I am more than disappointed with my dress
I ordered my daughter a prom dress from the site, already hesitant because I never shop online. The dress was NOTHING as advertised. The material was advertised as silk, had appliques, and no mesh. The dress came…nylon, some costume jewelry attached, and two sizes too small. The refund process has been dreadful…no contact from customer service until days later and even when they do finally respond, they offer credits multiple times before sending a return address. Please don’t waste your money or time ordering from this company.
