I ordered my daughter a prom dress from the site, already hesitant because I never shop online. The dress was NOTHING as advertised. The material was advertised as silk, had appliques, and no mesh. The dress came…nylon, some costume jewelry attached, and two sizes too small. The refund process has been dreadful…no contact from customer service until days later and even when they do finally respond, they offer credits multiple times before sending a return address. Please don’t waste your money or time ordering from this company.
