I had a situation very similar to others on there.I received my preview on September as expected, they looked beautiful. After that, I was ghosted and strung along to ensure I didn’t get my items. The weekend after the delivery date, I reached out to requested a full refund. Which they said they would. I ended up going through my bank as they never did and kept the money for themselves. THE COMPANY HAS CLOSED AND ARE STILL TAKING MONEY, try to avoid at all costs.Something has happened and it’s such a shame, but they haven’t done the proper thing and given people their money back, such a shame.Luckily I had a back up!
