Like many others, we invested nearly £1500 for personalized wedding flowers. Suddenly, all communication ceased. Our emails went unanswered, leaving us without any wedding flowers and forcing us to find alternatives at the last minute. We are still waiting for a refund. It's appalling that they continued to take orders and payments until recently.
