The appointment with Hidden hearing was for myself and my sister. Lilly and Rachel put us at ease as soon as we walked through the door. The care shown to both of us was excellent and Lilly took the time to explain the whole process. At the end of the appointment we came out with new hearing aids, that are brilliant and have another appointment in 2 weeks. Thank you
