I ordered a leather carry on bag in February. It’s mid July and I still haven’t received it. They originally told me that it was stuck in Shipping. I subsequently followed up in May and they told me it was back ordered. I asked for a refund and they said they were unable to give me a refund to please be patient. I can’t believe this company is still in business. Do not order from this company. They are a scam.
