Their warranty is non existent. I ordered an expensive leather satchel. It was defective upon arrival. I called, no answer. I emailed, 'no response. I sent correspondence, no response. I sent photos, no response. After nearly a year I gave up. Their product is no as represented and there is absolutely no customer support. I would never purchase from them again.
