I love the products I have purchased from them, well once you finally receive them. I have been waiting for 14 business days (2 ½ weeks total) for my order. There is no customer service number to call and inquire about your order, they do not provide a tracking number nor a ship date. When you contact them via email you always get the same response (We want to give an update on your Hide Cosmetics order. I looked this up for you, and it seems that the tracking number has not been uploaded to your order yet, so I went ahead and sent a request to our warehouse to provide us the tracking number for this shipment.Soon as our fulfillment team uploads your tracking number, you'll receive the tracking information and the shipment should be in transit by now.Rest assured your order is on its way. We're eager to get you your order!)and NO follow up or order. This seems to be the normal for them. So buyer beware, if you need makeup, may want to place your order a month or so in advance.
