I have to say that I was some what apprehensive about having anything done to my heating system as I had only renewed my oil boiler only a few years before, but the company assured me that I could still retain my boiler and have it as part of a hybrid system where the majority of heating would be done by the air source heat pump. The engineer that they sent was very good in explaining what would could be done was very professional and helpful and the engineers that fitted the system were very good and the whole process went like clockwork, and if I had any queries getting in touch with the company was easy and I always felt were very helpful. I am only too pleased to recommend them to anybody.
