Booked a family room for my husband, 13yr old son and myself. Room was very small. Had a double bed and a pull out bed which took up all the space. No room for the suitcase. Had to open it on the floor by the door. No storage so had to put things on the floor next to the bed. Beds were comfy. Floor was full of stains. Bathroom was clean. It was in a great location. Perfect for us. We used the DLR to get into central london.
