I am extremely disappointed with the service from Hi Corp. I purchased a bed that was delivered on the 3rd of December, only to find out it was the wrong size. I lodged a complaint on the 4th, received a reference number, and was asked to send pictures, which I did.It’s now the 25th of December, and I am still sitting with the incorrect bed. Despite following up, there has been no resolution. This level of poor service and lack of urgency is unacceptable.I expected better from Hi Corp and will think twice before making another purchase. I hope my experience encourages better service for future customers.
