Misleading information was provided over the phone. We traveled a long distance only to find that none of the commitments were met. Some staff members were arrogant and unhelpful. The poor management we experienced reflected the overall service quality.

I had an exceptional service encounter with one of the staff members at the location I visited. The employee was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business, and I will certainly return for future purchases when served by someone like that.
I ordered a bed on October 10th with a promised delivery date of October 16th. After using their messaging service to reschedule for the 18th, I was then informed on the 17th that it was pushed to the 20th, even though the 18th had not been canceled. I called to inquire about the conflicting dates and was assured delivery would happen on the 18th by 5 PM. On the 18th, I waited all day without any cancellation or rescheduling updates from them. When I called again on the 19th, I was told it was rescheduled again, but I received no communication about this. This lack of communication is unacceptable! I ended up canceling my order, and now I still don’t know why my delivery didn’t arrive on the promised date.
Purchased a tablet which stopped charging after a few months. After returning it, I was told it would be assessed, but I received no updates for over two months. When I finally followed up, I learned my contact details were recorded incorrectly, and the repair company hadn’t even collected the device yet. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I am requesting a replacement for the faulty tablet.
Disappointing experience at the location. I purchased a freezer that hasn't worked since day one and was told to wait 21 days for assistance. I reported the same freezer last month and have not received any help or feedback. Attempts to call have left me without answers. I wish someone would visit this store and address the lack of customer care.
Terrible online service. I ordered a product and received an email the next day stating that my order could not be fulfilled due to insufficient stock caused by a technical error. While I appreciate the apology, the lack of fulfillment is frustrating. I was also informed that my refund would take 7-14 days to process.
