Dear HiFiCorp Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding an order I placed with your Amanzimtoti branch. On August 3, 2024, I was advised to make a purchase in-store for a item since it was out of stock, and I was informed that it would be retrieved from your warehouse and delivered to the store for click and collect.Despite my repeated follow-ups throughout August, including a visit to the store where I was assured of a delivery by August 16, I have yet to receive any updates or my order. As of August 30, 2023, I am still without my purchase and have had to make multiple inquiries, which have yielded no satisfactory results.This level of service is unacceptable. It is extremely frustrating to be left without any clear communication or resolution. I am concerned about the lack of responsiveness and the apparent inefficiency in your order fulfillment and customer service.all i get is, “a refund will be processed shortly after 28 days of waiting”I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.Sincerely,Olwethu
