My order took longer than expected to arrive. I understand the busy season contributed to this delay, but I believe better communication would have helped, as I had to follow up several times before it was finally shipped. I appreciated the apology and the upgraded shipping. Despite the delay, the items are of excellent quality and the designs are fantastic. This was my first order, and I don't think the shipping experience will deter me from ordering again in the future. Overall, I'm very pleased with my items.
