Review Time
As a returning customer, I am shocked at the poor quality of the 'see you in hell' hoodie.
The extremely thin material and QC China sticker on the inside has now made me think twice about ordering in the future.
Such a shame, great designs but extremely poor quality. £54.95 is scandalous for a c.£10 Chinese mass produced hoodie.
The T Shirt I ordered however is in keeping with the quality I know them for 💪🏻.
First of all, I think the hoodie I purchased is really stylish and of excellent quality. I haven't washed it yet, so I'm unsure if it will maintain its shape. The delivery, however, is where I can't give a higher rating. I ordered on 28/11 and received the package on 23/12, just in time for Christmas. The company deserves praise for their prompt response when I reached out, and it makes sense that the delay was due to the busy Black Friday and holiday season. For me, a month's wait is a bit excessive, and even though I know the company is reliable, it does make me hesitant to place another order, which is frustrating since I really like their clothing style. Nonetheless, I still want to give them 4 solid stars since I eventually received my package and got a thoughtful response from them.
I placed an order for two t-shirts on the 29/11/25, which was 20 days ago. Although I received a notification about a minor delay and was told my order was on its way, it's been 9 days since then and I'm still waiting. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from this company again due to the lengthy delivery time.
I placed my order on November 29 after reviewing the delivery guidelines, which indicated a printing time of 2-5 days based on workload, followed by 2-3 days for shipping. I was excited to support a small business, knowing my brother would appreciate the gift. However, it's now December 17, and it has taken 18 days for printing. Despite receiving an email a week ago stating it would ship either yesterday or today, I still have no update. With the postal service involved, it seems unlikely it will arrive in time for Christmas. Being a small business doesn't justify this delay; if timely order fulfillment is a challenge, it would be better to limit the number of orders accepted. I would have preferred to know weeks ago if it was out of stock rather than scrambling now to find an alternative gift. The website now shows a disclaimer about potential delays in arriving before Christmas, which I believe should have been communicated much earlier.
I've been buying clothes from this seller for what feels like years! The designs are fantastic, the quality is great, and the shipping is reliable. I still wear the first shirt I bought, and it looks perfect after numerous washes! If they ever decide to sell shares, I'm in! This is exactly how a great business should operate! 10/10⭐️⭐️
My order took longer than expected to arrive. I understand the busy season contributed to this delay, but I believe better communication would have helped, as I had to follow up several times before it was finally shipped. I appreciated the apology and the upgraded shipping. Despite the delay, the items are of excellent quality and the designs are fantastic. This was my first order, and I don't think the shipping experience will deter me from ordering again in the future. Overall, I'm very pleased with my items.
