With the postal service involved, it seems unlikely it will arrive in time for Christmas. Being a small business doesn't justify this delay; if timely order fulfillment is a challenge, it would be better to limit the number of orders accepted. I would have preferred to know weeks ago if it was out of stock rather than scrambling now to find an alternative gift. The website now shows a disclaimer about potential delays in arriving before Christmas, which I believe should have been communicated much earlier.
