First of all, I think the hoodie I purchased is really stylish and of excellent quality. I haven't washed it yet, so I'm unsure if it will maintain its shape. The delivery, however, is where I can't give a higher rating. I ordered on 28/11 and received the package on 23/12, just in time for Christmas. The company deserves praise for their prompt response when I reached out, and it makes sense that the delay was due to the busy Black Friday and holiday season. For me, a month's wait is a bit excessive, and even though I know the company is reliable, it does make me hesitant to place another order, which is frustrating since I really like their clothing style. Nonetheless, I still want to give them 4 solid stars since I eventually received my package and got a thoughtful response from them.
