This company is deceptive and struggles as a retailer! I ordered an office chair from them. Their site stated to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I reached out, only to learn it would actually take 4 months! They mentioned needing to manually update their site, citing challenges due to being a small team. Such a weak justification.
