This company is misleading and ineffective as a retailer! I ordered a chair for my office with a delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I was informed it would actually take 4 months! They claimed they needed to manually update their website, citing difficulties due to their small team. Such a disappointing excuse.

I bought two nightstands and a dresser, which arrived on time. However, the dresser and one nightstand had dents. When I contacted customer service, I found out they don't offer exchanges, and returning items would require paying a shipping fee along with a 20% restocking fee, totaling about half of what I paid. They have decent products, but their online service lacks flexibility. I won't shop with them again.

As a decorator, I purchased a sofa from this company. They refused to allow me to return it (unlike many other companies I work with that permit returns). I also paid for premium delivery, but they damaged my door and wouldn't cover the repair costs or refund the $199 delivery fee. As a decorator, I advise against buying furniture or any items from this company. They don't uphold their products or services.
The order I placed in early October 2023 remained unfulfilled by late May 2024. Each time I contacted their support, I was told it was a custom order, which is why it took longer. By then, I had relocated to another country, and their support refused to refund or cancel my order. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.
This company is dishonest. They advertised a table we purchased as having a concrete top, but when it arrived, it was actually wood covered with laminate. It's shocking how misleading their advertising was. We returned the item immediately. They should be ashamed for dealing with dishonest suppliers.
This company seems to border on being a scam. They appear to operate as a dropshipper while pretending to be a legitimate furniture retailer. I ordered a side table in November 2021 with an expected delivery in February 2022. After multiple delays and unresponsive customer service, I’m still waiting. Other furniture companies managed timely deliveries, but not this one. Don’t waste your time or money.
I've had the worst experience with this furniture company. They sell overpriced items, charge exorbitant delivery fees, and then outsource delivery to a company that can't even deliver a bed! When I reached out to them, they blamed me for not measuring everything for the delivery. A true scam of a company!
