The installation went smoothly and the service is consistent, but the speeds in the evenings are quite disappointing. For about three weeks now, between roughly 4:15 PM and 12:30 AM, I only experience speeds of 50 to 70 Mbps, while during the day, it ranges from 650 to 850 Mbps. This is certainly not acceptable for a gigabit service, and I intend to pursue a solution after the New Year holiday.
