The very first time I phoned highland broadband customer service it took about 45 mins and I was not a happy bunny, just phoned them now and they answered the phone within 3 minutes, what a difference. Keep up the great work guys . 🤗
The installation process was smooth, and the service operates reliably. However, the evening speeds have been quite disappointing. For the last three weeks, between around 4:15 PM and 12:30 AM, I’ve only been receiving speeds of 50 to 70 Mbps, while during the day, it ranges from 650 to 850 Mbps. This is not acceptable for a gigabit service, and I plan to seek a resolution after the New Year holiday.

The experience was absolutely terrible. We were delayed for three months before installation. They placed it in the least suitable area of the house. We were promised 500 Mbps, but only receive 70. It frequently disconnects for hours, and when we call for help, nothing gets resolved. With my dad working from home and me preparing for my exams, reliable internet is crucial right now.
