AVOID

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!Absolute joke of a company!I have had nothing but bother with them from day one.First of all, they were supposed to cancel my old contract with TalkTalk but didn’t. After two phone calls regarding this, it’s still not been dealt with. I now have a debt arrears company contacting me after several letters from TalkTalk…I’m supposed to have a 1GB connection, but I have never seen it go over 500 Mb on a speed test. The connection constantly disconnects — I’ve seen it drop 3–4 times in 10 minutes. This is worse than dial-up!Customer service is non-existent (can be an hour on hold before speaking to someone). I have phoned at least five times now to report my issues and been told someone will be in touch, but still nothing. I’m at my wits’ end with them and wishing I never bothered. Give me my 26 Mb connection back any day over this crap!
