The installation process was smooth, and the service operates reliably. However, the evening speeds have been quite disappointing. For the last three weeks, between around 4:15 PM and 12:30 AM, I’ve only been receiving speeds of 50 to 70 Mbps, while during the day, it ranges from 650 to 850 Mbps. This is not acceptable for a gigabit service, and I plan to seek a resolution after the New Year holiday.
