My husband bought the 24” highland cow plushie weighted to 4lbs. It took six weeks to get here. It was NOT weighted, and it was NOT what we ordered. The package was sent from China to a lady named Tiffany Howard at an address in San Diego and then was shipped from her to me. The address indicates it is a business named ViVi Spa.
