The product shipped from overseas and took almost a month to arrive. I was very let down when my wife opened it! I had purchased this as a birthday gift, expecting a 24” weighted toy, but instead received a small, cheap-looking cow under 12” with falling hair. I emailed customer service in late September and still haven't received a response. This is a total scam!
This is a scam! I was charged twice: once for my original order and again for an unrelated amount. I emailed to inquire but received no response. The tracking link provided is useless, and I still haven't received my product even after four months. Very dissatisfied.

My family member ordered two plush toys from this website. After 38 days, there's still no delivery, and contacting anyone is impossible. The status shows it's still in transit. They spent a significant amount, and it seems like a scam.
