I initially purchased a product from this company, excited about the quality they advertised. However, my experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. At checkout, I was surprised to find two charges on my account: one for a subscription that was supposed to provide a discount, amounting to $27, and another for the product itself, which cost $32. There was no clear indication during the checkout process that this subscription would incur a fee, which felt misleading.After placing my order, I reached out multiple times (around 12 emails) to understand why I was charged twice. The response I received was that the subscription fee was valid, but I still had no tracking information for the product I ordered. My attempts to resolve this issue were met with silence, and when I mentioned reporting them to the authorities, they completely stopped responding to my emails.This experience has led me to believe that this company is not trustworthy. I feel I may have been scammed, and I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious before making a purchase. My experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
