The item eventually arrived after 2 ignored chases and absolutely wasn't worth the wait. It's NOTHING like the advertised product.Abysmal quality and to be honest, I'm not even sure what animal they think it is. It looks nothing like a capybara. Certainly not a weighted item and no microwave pocket.A total waste of money and I advise everyone to avoid the stress of getting involved with this Company.
