This isn’t about the quality of the magazine, which is great. My complaint is with customer service regarding the subscription renewal. I had to follow up on the initial delivery, finally received it, and then asked them not to renew the subscription. They canceled it prematurely and promised a refund, but after not seeing it, I learned it would take time to process. I’ve had to reach out multiple times for updates, and their responses have been frustratingly vague.
