I am still waiting for the first issue of a magazine that was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, ordered on November 13. Despite multiple emails to the support team, I have received no help. I was at her house for Christmas until January 1, eagerly waiting for the magazine, but it never came. This has left both my granddaughter and me feeling very let down.
