My experience with the service has been very disappointing. I subscribed for a month, and from day two, the platform became almost unusable — pages wouldn’t load, courses wouldn’t mark as complete, certificates and transcripts were inaccessible, and additional resources never downloaded. I reached out multiple times, but only received generic replies saying the issue “would be sorted soon.” Nothing was actually fixed. I attempted to complete both courses, but each try was interrupted by technical glitches, freezing screens, or pages that simply wouldn’t open. After days of ongoing issues and no effective support, it’s clear the platform does not deliver what it promises. I have requested a full refund as I was unable to access the services included in the subscription. Would not recommend based on this experience.
