My experience with the training service has been very disappointing. I subscribed for a month, and by day 2, the platform became nearly unusable — pages wouldn’t load, courses wouldn’t register as complete, certificates and transcripts were inaccessible, and additional resources failed to download. I reached out multiple times but only received generic responses stating the issue “would be resolved soon.” Nothing was actually fixed. I attempted to complete both the Trauma-Informed Care and Resilient Leader courses, but each attempt was disrupted by technical glitches, freezing screens, or pages that simply wouldn’t open. After days of persistent problems and no effective support, it’s evident that the platform does not fulfill its promises. I have requested a full refund since I was unable to access the services included in my subscription. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
