The buildings are poorly built, particularly lacking soundproofing, which was a major concern upon moving in. The company appears indifferent, often ignoring emails and having an unresponsive phone line. Improved communication with tenants is essential. I’m uncertain about the correct maintenance contact or the identity of the property manager.
